How to enable Contact Us form?

Hi,
I haven't used Actinic for a while (since V7) nor done any updating to my live store for a few years and have forgotten all workings of Actinic!

I now have V11 and I am working on a new store. I can't figure out how to enable the contact us page. I checked the advance user guide and it says it is automatically enabled but any contact us link on the store just pops up with an e-mail message with the store address. Can someone please point out my error.

It sounds like you may be upgrading your v7 store to v11. If so you would better off starting again in v11.

If you look at another v11 store on the internet you will see the URL required for the contact us pages link. If you use a standard theme then that link will already be coded for you.
