    Advanced Shipping Plug-in

    I am getting a very strange error message, but only when trying to open Actinic V11 from home via vpn to work server, not when opening same program on same server at work. The error message is, "Problem occurred initializing the advanced shipping plug-in. This usually happens when the plug-in OCX has been moved or renamed".

    Any ideas why it should be different at work than at home? Any ideas as how to solve problem?

    I'm getting this on a new store I've just set up, how did you end up resolving it saucysal?

        You could try logmein instead of the vpn to see if it makes a difference.

          Resolved itself

          I posted the original post. I didn't do anything to resolve this. It went away of its own accord, but it may have been with the minor upgrades of Version 11 - now using V11.0.3 and don't get this message any more at home.

            Duncan I'm using on a single machine so that's not the issue, cheers though!
