I have just got involved with a user of Actinic Ecommerce and epos in a support roll and need a few issues resolving or information that may lead me to resolving them.
The site has 2 computers both on the same windows network. 1 for eCommerce, 1 for epos. The eCommerce box keeps losing connection to the epos box and it pops up the message of telling the user to relink it with a menu option. It seems random in when it wants to do it.
Anyone know why this is? Can someone shine a light on what is an annoying problem.
Both boxes have static IP's, work perfectly well with other networking issues so it definitely appears to be an Actinic issue.
Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated
