Ok ive created the Variable, and edited my script... But its still changing the whole site rather than just single items...? So how would i now edite just the single items?

Because you are probably changing it in the same place where you created it, that is just the default setting, you only go there to create it in the first place. You need to find the panel name as I mentioned in earlier posts (when a product is selected). You then override the default setting on the product where you want it different.
