PSPBounce_00900.fil

Hi all,

I've tried searching but can't find relevant information for an error I am getting in v11 of a site under developement.

'Error: Error opening configuration file
.../public_html/acatalog/PSPBounce_00900.fil.No such file or directory'

I've tried locating this but can't see it. Do I have to manually create this file or should the system do this?

Appreciate any assistance.

The PSP bounce is for forwarding to the psp for payment.

Are you by any chance trying the checkout without having specified a psp?
