Missing Page Types Selectors in Design View

After upgrading a site from v10 to v11 I see that some Page Types are missing from the drop down Page Type selector in Design View. Is there any way of managing that list and adding them in?

The missing ones that I noticed are for the new customer account related emails such as Customer Account Created, Customer Account Modified & Forgot Password.

I also see that swopping sites leaves some 'debris' in the list from the previous site until Actinic is closed and re-opened. To top it (as has been noted already) I am also unable to Preview Web Page on any pages other than those for Content and Brochure making designing very frustrating and time consuming.

Locate the Selectors in Design / Library / Layouts. Then check their Values tab, where it's usually possible to move items to the "selectable" pane. Maybe that will help.

I notice (on a clean V11) that the Email Outer Layout group only contains Selectors that select a single item.

Here, a clean V11 shows most of the items you mention above in the Design / Select Page Type drop-down but I don't see Customer Account Created there.

Customer Account Created Email doesn't have a selector at all that I can see. Creating a new Selector and linking it to it doesn't help either.
I can live without it but the Page Type selection does seem a bit flaky.
