    Upgrade from version 10 to version 11

    Hi

    We have just completed an in place upgrade from version 10 to 11 of Actinic Enterprise.

    Due to the size of the site we cannot do a snapshot export as it just hangs and then fails.

    Although the upgrade worked fine we cannot connect to the shared sites directory folder as it returns the error

    "sorry the location you have chosen already contains actinic site information from your actinic V10 installation"

    The location in question is definitely the version 11 upgrade location.

    Any help as to why Actinic is returning this error will be much appreciated.

    Possible answer

    I may not be the best person to answer this, but have you upgraded each of the sites from V10 to V11, not just you main one?

      I suggest you contact support for help in setting up the sites again.

        Have you created a new drive map to the v11 sites folder?

        Might be you are still connecting to the v10 sites folder.
