Send PASSWORD Email

Hello, I have modified the text on my Send password email template, because my website is in spanish. I have then uploaded the site, but the system keeps sending these email the way they are originally. Are there more than one send password email templates????

Am I not saving it correctly??

Hi Patricio, there are indeed 2 password email templates. Under the Select Page Type dropdown, the first "Password Email" choice changes the email that is sent from within Actinic's Customer Account screen. When you edit the customer on the Buyer Tab is a Send Password button. The Password Email template controls the content of the email sent here.

On the Page Type dropdown, the "Forgot Password Email" changes the text for the email that is sent to the user account, if they click the forgot password button on the web site's login page. I hope that helps.
