Bounce Page Redirect

I believe in previous versions of Actinic you could change where your bounce page was directed too, is this still the case?

I want to test whether more of our users would continue to the basket (and the checkout) or continue shopping or just go to checkout from the confirmation page ... to do that I want to change the use of the bounce page and continue shopping button ...
