PSP Bounce Page blockif

For me the

Blockif PageType == "PSP Bounce Page" /Block

that is used for the javascript snippet in the head of the page for the onload() function is not working?

I have tested and the onload function doesn't get loaded on that page and therefore the PSP auto bounce doesn't work anybody know why?
