Cart product details with thumbnails

Hi I'm trying to change the layout within Product Line Row In Cart to include 'Cart Product Details With Thumbnails' but when I right click and insert layout, it is not listed although it is definitely in the library.

Could someone let me know what I'm doing incorrectly please.

Change it in site options, it's listed in there along with most other layout choices.
