Site Map Not Looking Right in V11

We had this in 11.01 and now in 11.02

It appears to be coming from the List Layout SiteMapProductLink which is linked from SiteMapProductList and includes

<actinic:variable name="CountrySelectOpen" value="Invoice Country Select Open" />

</select>

<input type="hidden" id="lstInvoiceCountry" name="LocationInvoiceCountry"

Could you please try removing the offending code from SiteMapProductList as mentioned in this post and see if that helps?
Meanwhile we have raised a bug for this to be fixed in a future release.
