We use Actinic Bus Plus v11 and Actinic Link. For the past 3 weeks we have been trying to use the link to synchronise data between Actinic and Sage Accounts. Unfortunately, it has not been working and following an investigation by Actinic developers a bug (AC11-2615) was identified. We have been advised that we will have to what until June for V11.03 before it is fixed. We have concerns over this timescale as it means we will not have the service we originally signed up to. We have 2 questions:
1. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how are you addressing it?
2. Can anyone advise how we may find a workaround solution to updating prices in Actinic?
