Does actinic download orders on upload?

Hi,

Does anyone know if actinic downloads orders when you run a publish to web/refresh or purge and refresh? If not then is there any other way actinic may be downloading orders without clicking retrieve? I have made sure synchronization is off.

Basicly I have setup 2 actinic installs, one for uploading the site and the other for downloading orders. Since our v11 move orders have not been coming into actinic and it has been confusing me, today I checked the upload pcs order tab and there they all were, however we never click retrieve orders from this pc so I can only imagine actinic is downloading them some other way.

Earlier versions of Actinic certainly do not do this and unless you have been uploading regularly it suggests that you may still have a setting enabled to allow downloads.

However I suggest that you put in a request to Actinic for confirmation on this point as many people work in the same way that you do and a change in the basic operation of Actinic will affect all who upgrade.

Simply uncheck "order processing" option in "Business Settings | Options" to ensure the upload machine does not download.
This is a bug we identified to Actinic who said it would be fixed in 11.1, however I cannot find a record of it in the bug fix lists for any V11 update.

Thanks for the replys guys, have unticked the order processing box hopefully that will work now. Thanks for the assistance
