Royal Mail Shipping Costs

is anyone else having problems updating shipping costs in v11?

I'm getting "You have entered an invalid incremental shipping cost. Please enter a value between £0.01 and ..." but I'm entering them as, for example, £6.02

Tried to phone Tech support but the line is continually engaged. is this because others are having this problem? And more importantly what's the solution?

Just tried starting again and it worked this time; no idea what I did wrong last time
