Theme adjustment for side bars...

Hello

Im new here but would love some help sorting out my website design and look. Its simple really im happy enough with how it looks but want to move one of the side arms from the left to the right side. Im in the silver theme and happy with that look. The affect Im looking for is in the Academic theme but I dont like the rest of that theme.

Any ideas how I can do this so that I have best sellers on one side and the new products on the other?

As you can see it makes the page really long have both the Best sellers and the New products side bars on the same side!
