Edit Style sheet

Can anybody point me in the right direction to edit how my new products are displayed, if possible I would like to removed the dashed border and maybe use some CS3 styling is this possible to edit?

I have found the class that controls the layout (td.dotted_outline_blue) using inspect element with firebug, but i have been unable to find were the styling for this is!

I have found the style sheet just trying to figure out how to edit it now to make the new products layout a bit more appealing on the home page....!
