Shipping Class Problem

I have noticed a problem in our checkout regarding the shipping caption.

Any paid shipping service will display correctly the shipping caption on checkout page 2. We also have a free delivery option, applicable to products upto a certain weight with a zero cost. When this option is selected there is no description shown on checkout page 2 for the class the customer has selected. The only thing shown is (0.00)

It doesnt appear to like transfering the shipping caption variable to checkout page 2 for a shipping classes with a zero cost.

Any ideas would be welcome

I have checked some other v11 sites using the showcase sites post and all are showing the same problem
