Checkout tables and text background & progres bar colour problem

Hello All

I seen some of the post on forum regarding checkout pages colour problem but when I try to change them nothing happen so just wondering what to do now

Just wondering how to change the colours of:

1. Checkuot pages (at the moment I have white background, grey tables with white font colour) but I won’t to set it in opposite way. Just the white background tables with grey borders only and with grey text on them

2. Checkout progress bar very hard to see because of colours

Any ideas

Colours are set in Design menu > Themes > Advanced.. > Color Scheme tab. The white text on cart and checkout is where you have customised the stylesheet.
