Are there anyone using V14.03 that has been successfull in employing Norman's fix using HTML? I have mucked about it for so long that I am frightened of doing permanenet harm 
I cannot change to text only as I sell digital downloads and the email there ends up raw HTML. For some reason it thinks I have different inner and outer layers, even though I do not. I have changed it back and forth so many times now it's silly.
At the moment the delay seem to be worse than ever, so I have had to put a note in checkout as I can see people are giving up and I have had loads of complaints.
