    Single use coupons make site slow

    When I upload single use coupons it makes my website extremely slow. Initialy I uploaded 500 but when no one could place orders because of the site speed I deleted them all and created 50. I still had the same problem so stopped using them and deleted them.

    Anyone have the same problem and a solution?

      Actinic have you resolved this problem yet as if not then I can't see the use of single use coupons.

            Hi,

            Did this ever get investigated ?

            Is there a problem with single use coupons ?

            I am considering implementing 1,000 + codes but would like to know if this was a good idea before I went there.

              Hello Peter

              We are not aware of any problems coming in to Support relating to Single Use Coupons causing the site to slow down. Additionally we have extensively tested the feature prior to release.
              However, if you do face any specific problems post implementation please contact support so it can be investigated right away.

                  I have checked again with my colleagues in support and as far as we have looked up, we could not find a concerning issue re Single use coupons.
                  W.r.t the two cases above, we did ask for further information that would have helped in investigation but nothing more was heard!!

                    Have just experienced the same problem...

                    Seems that the minute I uploaded a couple of Products which were Single Use Coupons with a specific value (i.e. Gift Vouchers) Sellerdeck virtually froze. It was running so slowly as to be useless - no customer would wait 10 mins for an item to add to the cart. Minute I removed the coupons, SellerDeck started behaving normally again.

                    Using 11.0.3
