V11 and EPOS problem

    V11 and EPOS problem

    Since upgrading to EC V11 our EPOS link keeps dropping randomly all through the day and then re connects. This was fine on V10 so not sure which software is creating this

    V11, EPOS and Link are all up to date

    Any advise would be helpful

    Could you let us know if (to clarify when you say up to date) you are using SellerDeck v1103 along with SellerDeck EPOS link? Additionally are all three, i.e, EC, EPOS and link on the same machine?
    Would you be aware of any network outages of late that might be causing this?

      We're getting exactly the same problem, I can come to my PC and there are multiple warning windows open. If I'm working and it pops up, if I go to Epos Connection and test, it passes and the warning goes. We're running 11.0.2 MCPA, Epos 3.12 LCWA. Never had this problem with V10, though we had major problems with another issue.
