Little help please

This is probably a nooby question but can someone advise how to take out left sidebar for products out? As every product section I add it makes my webpage bigger and bigger. Im using the 'Fresh' Theme.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,
If you could just tell me how to change the side bar to show the Top-Section and not the sub-sections that would be great as I am using the Mega-Menu for the subsections and it fits in there well.

In Design Library for Fresh Outer Layout find Sidebar Sub-Section List and delete it.
