We messed up our image sizes

Hi, please can anyone offer assistance.
We wanted to alter the size of a product image and changed the values in the layout code section, now every single product has the same dimensions, section pictures are not affected. Imagine a pencil squashed up into a square image.
Please advise what we have done wrong and how we can put it right please!

In Design Library on the Products or Standard Product Image revert to factory settings.
