    Customers not able to reset their password

    HI All

    Since launching our clients website theres been a few minor gremlins that we've been trying to sort out,,thankfully most of them are ironed out now, though we have a new one.

    Our customers cannot reset their password when trying to log back into the website.

    They receive an email with a link to reset their password but once they click on the link they receive the following message :

    Your password change request was not found or has expired.

    Please open the link received by email in the same browser you used to request a new password.

    If you have already used this link once, you cannot use it again.


    Has anyone had the above message before ?
