I've just noticed that we haven't had any orders since midday - I tried a test and as soon as I clicked 'Confirm Order' I got the 'Server not found' message! (see screenshot)
I've tried a refresh, no difference - does anyone have any information or advice?
Not a happy bunny as the amount of money we throw at Sellerdeck each month for dedicated hosting and AP plus cover suggests to me that there should be some sort of 24hr helpline - we've lost thousands!
