Version Features?

Hi all,
My client is using Actinic Business v8.5. He wants to know if there are any compelling reasons to upgrade to v11.

I have searched but cannot seem to find a feature comparison between version. Anyone know of any documents that detail the different functionality between v8, v9, v10 and v11.

How complicated is upgrading from v8 to v11?

We have introduced quite a few enhancements in the version 11 range, such as Single Product Pages, Online Order tracking, online customer account creation, order status and customer account synchronisation between the desktop and website and so on.
I would suggest taking a look at the release notes for the latest SellerDeck v11.0.3 here which lists these features and other useful information. You can also download the 30-day trial to have a play with the new features in this version.

are there any documents that tell me of the changes between v8 - v9 and v9 - v10?

Otherwise I can't get a full picture of how different v11 is from v8.

I'm sure there were some compelling reasons why I wanted us to upgrade to v10 in the past, but I can't remember what features they were.

I am afraid a version comparison matrix isnt available. I have however, forwarded the suggestion to the team. For now, the release notes can help in terms of reading about the feature additions and issue fixes.
Perhaps other v11 users on here can share their positive upgrade experiences to help you.
