SideBar Problems

I am having a similar problem, but wanting to place the Best Sellers and New Products in the left SideBar, currently in the right sidebar. I have found the Right Sidebar code in the layout, but haven't been able to find the Left Sidebar code in the Layouts to paste it. I am using V11, Fresh Theme.
I have set the Site Options / Design Wizard to One Sidebar and both to the Left Sidebar, but this setting makes no difference???

I have made some tweaks with the CSS etc. and the columns line up better now. I added a simple JPG to the right sidebar to see what it would look like, but it moves the jpg to the bottom of the site. I imagine that I need to reduce the width of the right sidebar, but am not sure where to change it?
Any ideas welcome...
