upgrade Login Issues

Hi people
I have 3 sites (UK, USA and EU) linked from my main site
since upgrading to version 11 my US customers can no longer login.
the strange thing is, my TEST account stil works, but none of my US customer accounts work. I've been over every setting in the accounts section and I just cant see it.

If anyone has anything thoughts i'd be most grateful
