Can someone tell me the how to enter "make" or "Bar-code" ect into the google data base as a upload via CSV rather than edit each and every product, I assume there is a way like with prices where you just have two colums in a spread sheet ref no and Price

You can create new "column" for the values to sit in the Library

Design > Library > Variable ... select a category, right click new variable

Label the variable accordingly and ensure it is set at "product" level and the "Include in Google Product Feed" option is ticked.

Repeat for each new variable required.

When you export your TXT Google feed you can edit the columns in Excel as necessary ... or populate the values at the product level in Actinic.

ps .. I haven't forgot about the remaining 2 upgrades - I have been swimming against a Tsunami - will get these done over the weekend
