    Invalid Signature Issue

    Hi

I've researched this and not found a solution that works as yet.

We run 3 actinic versions, for different websites, they have all this morning started appearing with an error "The payment provider authorisation on "... order number ..." had an invalid signature..." (where the order number is actually an order number) this appears on every single order downloaded - we believe its an actinic issue as it's effecting all 3 properties and when we put through a test order the PSP goes through in the clear passing cv3 etc ...

I could be wrong but i think its an actinic error somehow, im just not sure how.

so far we've purge and refreshed all sites (no win)
we've double checked our secret key (no win)
we are going to ask for a new secret key for each property (to do)
we've checked no file permissions were changed and that no errors were logged (no win)

As I say we are going to ask for new key's but is there something I am missing here?

Just received an email back from secure hosting

The problem is now resolved, it seems to have been an issue between secure hosting and actinic - we've not got info as to what this issue was but i suspect that actinic somehow though a secret key was in the wrong format (or vice versa).

If anyone gets more info on this we'd like to know
