Exporting or Printing a Section List

I am trying to either export(preferably) or print a list of all sections and sub-sections, but not including the products. Reason is to cut and paste to download images for these sections. I can use the sitemap, but it includes all of the products as well.
Any ideas?

Export the catalog, open in Excel and then sort by Section in the first column.
