Fields not accessible via ODBC?

Hello,

We upgraded from V10 to V11. Certain fields containing financial data are no longer coming across through ODBC queries we had set up to process orders on another application.

Any insight? I'm not finding anything about this. I don't get data even if I do a query for only one of the specific fields I need.

Have you checked the ODBC setup and confirmed that it's correct?

I believe so. I can pull all of the data except for CC related info. Is it restricted somehow?

Not sure, but I would suspect it may be encrypted. Can you view it in the database in the format you require for the query?

Note that storing and managing CC data will cause you problems with PCI DSS.

No, the data is in the clear.

Yes, I know it is non-compliant. We'll fix it once we get past this issue. That data comes across oK in version 10 too so something weird is going on.

Next step should perhaps be support.
