    Order - with no details

    In the last week we have downloaded two orders that show no delivery details, or contact details, the only field filled in is "Country"

    Firstly I didn't think the software would allow the order to complete - but they have.

    Secondly both have been PayPal and PayPal is showing no authorised address, so no seller protection.

    Anyway I refunded the first one, only for the customer to ring up two days later - the second one downloaded today remains in our PP account, other than send a message via PP I do't see what else I can do.

    After all that, what I am needing to know is why are the orders completing with out all the details? Given that this has never happened before ( and we have been using Actinic since V6) I am wondering if it is something I have done / not done.

    I think it would be best if you contact SellerDeck software support: -

    They will be able to look at a snapshot of you site to try and see what has happened.

      Thank you - I do have a support contract so ought to make use of it - I refunded the money, but the guy reordered with full details - but I still would like to know what happened.
