So hope V11 doesnt have this built in somewhere

There aren't any slideshows built into V11, it would be custom work.

Basically I want to keep my silver theme but with the academic options such as right hand side bar etc

It would have been a lot of effort to intergrate it I did discuss it here on the forums somewhere and got all the answers to do it quite easiliy but it would have needed a lot of inputs as I use at least 13 images.

So I hard wired it into the the home page looks like this...

Thats all of the images sorry to bombard you but it was easier to show the block I used. Its not that complex, you get an active linked image followed by a thumbnail image and its as simple as that! The java at the header of the page does the rest. They provide all that!

When I want new images I will edit this html text within the page.

There is some other java script that comes with the software but that is easy enough to add and the tech support is great they are really on the ball. you get a trial version first so you can play and work it out with their tech team. That makes them work harder to please you

Love your site its very clear and well laid out, the slide show will make a good improvment, Did you notice that the images are hyperlinked as well? The only draw back is as yet the images cant get an alt or title within the <a> code which would help with SEO rating for google etc.
