Offline Payments

A customer recently had a problem with Paypal payments and as I was on holiday I asked her to pay the amount directly into my paypal account rather than through the website. When I got back I created an offline order but my only option for payment was Paypal Website Payments which means that the order hasnt actually gone through (it's not being picked up in the Sales Analysis Report) and it's just sitting in the Pending Payment Service Provider tab in the Orders section.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Create a payment manually in the payments tab. Then the order will move to Pending and you can complete it from there.
