Customer accounts not uploaded - cannot login?

Hi everyone - sorry for lots of posts today, just seem to be having a lot of issues...

I have created a login page that forces the customer to login before they can see the products in acatalog. As the staff need to check the site they need to login so I have created a dummy account called Admin with a email and password.

I have filled in all necessary details in operations > cust accounts in the 3 tabs (accounts/addresses/buyers) but I get the same error after the site is published on Network Transfer Status:

Problem
No records were uploaded for the following customer accounts for the reasons stated. Customer accounts without all the Main Contact fields for checkout: Admin

I have filled in all the boxes with red asterixs and everything in the Main Contact filed under Accounts just to be sure but get the same thing. I have tried refreshing but get the same prob. I have asked actinic support but I need to get this fixed by the end of the day as I'm on hol tomoz but have been told to come in if I don't get it fixed!!!

No need to reply - this is now sorted thanks to the lovely actinic tech chaps

For anyone else stuck with it - I had to fill in every field inc non mandatory ones and do a compact databases and reupload.
