Feefo Feedback Layout Issue

Hi, good to meet a few of you at the Sellerdeck Conference the other day.

I am trying to get to the bottom of why Feefo Feedback comments do not look good on my site.

Please try this link. As you can see the feefo comments do not format very well (well they dont on my computer anyway!):

Yet when viewed on the iPhone, they look fine (please see attached screen image).

Could anyone advise how to resolve this? I have tried to find a solution on this forum without success.

Feefo's Javascript imports a HTML XSL in the middle of a page. It's one for Feefo. But you could try copying the Feefo styles into your stylesheet.

Hi Louise - thanks for that. It is all a bit puzzling for me - could you clarift what change you think I ought to try as I don't really understand it.

Your site is missing the Feefo code in the style sheet. You could try updating your stylesheet to include the Feefo styles or add a link to the Feefo file.
