Attribute choices (pull down menus) disappeared - Broken script?

Hi everyone, products on the page below had pull down menus to select "Optional Integrated KVM Switch" and at some point I must have broken the script (I have not changed the CSS for about a decade, so doubt it is that)

I had a look at the source, but don't know what I am looking for! so hoping a coder will spot something

There is no sign of any drop-down HTML code on your pages near that "Optional Integrated KVM Switch" text. Perhaps you've deleted somthing in the SellerDeck layouts that generate the drop-down's.
