Anyone got any experience of integrating support/enquiry ticketing software into sellerdeck ?

And can anyone recommend ticketing software for our site ?

We use Kayako, it runs on a different URL but can be skinned to maintain the look and feel of your site, we have 5 different support systems built into ours that you can switch to each one using a drop down box. You can see it here by clicking on the support link at the top of www.mole-end.biz
