We've recently set up a new site (www.byretechassistedliving.com) and we want to be able (at product level) offer VAT exemption on products. Im struggling to find a way of taking off VAT or making it so it adds the vat amount onto the ex vat price but all i seem to be able to do is add more cost on the item as it only works on the inclusive vat price
We cant to this at cart level as not all products are allowed the VAT off so needs to be at product level.
Sellerdeck advised using components at product level to do this but the pricing doesnt work out correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem or found a way around this? Is there a way of making the system pull ex vat prices instead on inc vat prices?
