Customer E-mail based on products bought

Hi

Based on what I've read so far, I don't think this is possible. I would like the customer e-mail to include a line of text if they have bought certain products. So, something like:

block if Customer bought product zzz
You can get additional support on this product by calling 01234 567 890
/block

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
