I'm using v11 on Windows 7. On loading I'm getting the error message 'Unable to locate the database for the selected site.' I've searched for Windows updates mentioned in an article as causing this problem. I don't have any of them installed. Because of Covid-19 I had to shut down the business, and Sellerdeck has been inoperative for months. If that's relevant, thought I can't see why it might be.

The first thing I'd do is check the database is actually where it should be. Normally that would be in your 'site' folder of your V11 installation (or subfolder if you have several sites).
If the database isn't there then you need to get your most recent one from a backup.
If the database is there then it could be a registry problem. There have been some previous discussions on the forum.

You would need the multi-site version of sellerdeck to do this. At one time it was called 'Business' but I can never remember at which point they changed the name.
