Change Email Subject Lines

I am creating a site in v11 in French and need to translate the email subject lines.
I have managed to find the order received and customer (order) emails in Design Text 234 and 309 but not the others.

I'm guessing they might be in a perl modules - anyone know where they are please?

I think you can just edit the email subject lines as you do the email text.

True, for some, but the ones that are automated such as account password change etc I think are in the perl scripts
