Blank modal window

Hi all
Past couple of weeks, a blank modal window has popped up in my Actinic V11. About 2 inches across by 1.5 inches high, middle of the screen. Over the top of all other programs, it's definitely an Actinic window, I can't find any way to get rid of it (other than closing Actinic), tried compacting databases, no joy. There is no OK button and I have fished about all over it for a hidden link to close it but there isn't one. It's making it unusable as I have to keep dragging windows around to see what is being hidden. Any ideas?

Are you running low on memory - Sellerdeck loads most messages on demand so perhaps it is trying to tell you something but doesn't have quite enough memory to get the words out?

No, plenty of memory available, have tried with just the one program running. It pops up as soon as the main display has loaded (order table or content screen) and just sits there.

You could try re-installing actinic (after backing up) but I suspect you might need to get support to look at your database.

There were other posts complaining about a blank modal window ages ago.

Your site is on 11.0.1 and the current V11 is 11.0.3 so it may be worth considering updating if other fixes don't help.

Is there a link to 11.0.3? I've tried raising a support ticket but the system doesn't work, I get the message below when raising a ticket, all very frustrating.

And best back up your entire 11.0.1 Site folder before upgrading, just in case things get worse.

Things have indeed got worse. I've done the upgrade and now it won't let me in to the site, user name Administrator, no password works, even taking the username out. So I can't get in at all!

EDIT: Have now got in courtesy of a trawl through old threads.

Having got in, for a few moments I thought the modal window had gone. But it has come back. If I select it with the mouse and then press return, I get a message "no product found". Does that offer any clues?
