Text Error

Sometimes I cut and paste information into the Full Description section of the product. When the text is enclosed in the following characters [ ] for example [Soy] the text showing on the website will read as follows

<Actinic:Variable Name = 'Soy'/>

Anyone know why this is? An example is at http://www.supplementwarehouse.co.uk...sert-630g.html
