SSL FTP help

We have been asked by our hosts to change our FTP settings in our clients to use FTPS or it might be labelled FTP-SSL or FTP-TLS.

from our hosting company: host now requires all FTP connections to be SSL/TLS and no plain text authentication and how can you set Actinic to authenticate over ftps://

I have changed the FTP address to the new one our hosts have provided but I get the error message:

Can you let me know where the setting in the options to tell it to use SSL FTP?
