WorldPay orders downloaded as "Credit Card details sent separately"

Hi

I have an issue which seems similar to this old post which may be off the radar now.

Orders are going through WorldPay successfully, but order download gives "An error occurred while reading PSP Auth..." and orders are downloaded as "CC Details sent separately" with "Waiting for CC details".

Running Actinic 11.0.2 and WorldPay is in production/pre-authorise.

We have just upgraded from v8 to v11.0.2.

Based on a suggestion that the Secret Key was wrong (although this hasn't changed since v8) we looked to see how to reset this, and WorldPay said to change the 'Info servlet password' via the WorldPay control panel.

But the WorldPay help says that 'Info servlet password' relates to exchange rates!!!

'Payment response password' - "This password is used to validate a Payment Notifications message.", makes more sense, but can't see this in the control panel.

Has anyone any experience of making this work?

btw The Worlpay installation is described as 'Integration type: Actinic (20)'

Did this ever get resolved and if so how? Despite the secret key being correct I am getting the same errors in SellerDeck 2013
