Unable to clear shipped orders from pending section

hi

i recently had a hd failure disaster, but luckily had a snapshot that was only a couple of weeks old.

after reloading everything on the new hd, i tried removing my completed orders by running a report to print all outstanding invoices

this for me normally then moves all shipped orders to the completed section

im getting 'an invalid argument was encountered'

and the orders aren't moving

the only option i have at the moment is to delete the orders, but not ideal

any ideas??

its not the printer problem by the way

i tried the regedit thing

you could try right clicking and exporting the order.

there is no export option on my right click

i'm using business v.11

I think it might be called 're-export to files' these days.

You may have to enable order export it in Business Settings. Sorry this is from memory as I'm not accessing a PC at the moment.
