Removing marketing from the checkout

Im sure once upon a time you could remove best sellers / new products from the checkout pages but I cant find it now?

Can someone tell me if its still possible?

I have only best sellers on the homepage, its the text links that appear in the checkout - Ahhh found it under marketing / related products - now unchecked, thanks...

Un-checking related products will remove all related products including those underneath the products. You can change "Maximum number of items to be listed in the shopping cart".
